Alyson LaVarnway
Alyson has worked in the Washington Wine Industry since 2010, managing all aspects of the winery from direct-to-consumer sales, hospitality, and distribution. She believes the success of a brand is only as strong as its team. She looks forward to helping wineries find talented staff that are placed with intention in positions where they can succeed.
Ashley Trout
Ashley has been a part of the wine industry since 1999, originally as part of a harvest crew and has never looked back. She has worked with over eight wineries and has started three- Flying Trout, Vital Wines and Brook & Bull Cellars. She has seen Walla Walla grow from nine wineries to close to 200 and understands that organizations and brands can’t successfully grow unless they have amazing staff.
